Goodman Properties, a Real Estate Development and Management Company, was established in 1985 by Bruce Goodman. To date, the company has developed and currently owns more than 125 properties, and continues to manage each of them.

Over the past 24 years, Goodman Properties has become one of the Delaware Valley's leading retail commercial developers. While the original focus was on smaller-scale strip centers, the company has evolved as a developer of specialty stores for retailers such as CVS, Walgreen's, Barnes & Noble and Staples. Today, Goodman Properties' portfolio consists of more than 4.0 million square feet of diverse retail commercial space that includes both stand-alone sites and large power centers occupied by retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Kohl's, Toys 'R Us, Dick's Sporting Goods, Staples, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Regal Entertainment Group, and many more.

Goodman Properties is particularly proud of the relationships it has built with its tenants (currently more than 300), the real estate brokerage community, township officials, community groups and neighbors. It is the company's belief that in order for a project to be successful, all stakeholders should be pleased with the results, and Goodman Properties will continue to maintain that winning approach.
